Two girls named Carter and Mia AKA the agents of CIA (you won't learn much about the agency and no we aren't the CIA) Carter is the pretty warm hearted girl that isn't afraid to take action while Mia on the other hand she is always hiding in her shell not really known as pretty but isn't afraid to embarrass herself in public. Anyway, this is the story of Cia town and how it changed, changed ALOT since Mia caused it, without carter knowing she NEEDS to fix it.
