In a world where the majority of people have abilities called quirks, a white-haired boy gets stuck with a strange little girl. After saving her life, the boy finds himself stuck with her. With a change of heart, he chooses to walk down the path of the hero, abandoning the road of villainy he was once on. Will this new resolve help him become the strongest? The event takes place at the end of coronzon arc when accelerator embded the tree of clonoth into the cosmos. It causes some fundamental changes in the reality and somehow transfers Accelerator to DxD verse. He has no other way but to involve in the supernatural in order to find a way out. What will he do when he meets hyodou issei and co? or something more grand? Now follow accelerator as he looks for any method to RETURN back to academy city where his little family is. He finds himself waking up in the streets of an unfamiliar city. His superior intellect leads him to realize that shot to his head must have caused his unexpected transportation. They took his daughter to ensure his loyalty. She disappeared from custody, and Cassidy appeared in Germany, but this time he was a biochemist, working on re-engineering alligators and crocodiles, harnessing their minds and breeding them to obey orders from individuals. He failed to achieve it with the crocodiles, the reptilian beast unable to be tamed, and the Germans ended the program. Cassidy disappeared altogether from the pages of history. But that was not the end. History forgets it’s finest at times.

Accelerator has a little brother who escaped the scientists with a defective clone of Misaka Mikoto, they end up in a Certain Highschool and become good friends with an unlucky Kamijou. The clone, now named Mikasa, contacts Mikoto while Mercury(Accelerators brother) has to deal with magicians going after his roomate, Touma.

Touma Kamijou: A Level Zero High Schooler in Academy City who has nothing but bad luck because of his right hand that contains Imagine Breaker which allows him to cancel out esper abilities and magic. And after he saved his nun friend Index with the help of Stiyl Magnus and Kaori Kanzaki, Touma nearly lost his memories when one of the feathers with Dragon's Breath landed on his left hand as he cancelled it out with his right. And after saving Aisa Himegami with Stiyl, Touma's life is still misfortune after Index went with the two sorcerers but his luck is going to be a bit better.
