New York City. But when Rita discovers something she shouldn't she runs again. With few options to pick from she heads to her Mom's home town in hopes of disappearing. Instead of a new start she runs head first into Ace Merrill instead. She does her best to avoid him but he doesn't give up easy. But can she really stay hidden forever? What happens when the past comes calling?

Even before Denny died, the two youngest of the Lachance family were basically invisible to their parents, it just got worse when Dennis Lachance died in the accident. (Y/N) does her best to protect Gordie and his friends, but what happens when she catches the attention of John "Ace" Merrill, the Leader of the Cobras, while protecting her brother and Chris from him and Eyeball.

After becoming a bartender at Irby's she is noticed by the gang and soon turns to them in her time of need. Having a rollercoaster relationship with the Cobras who's side will she choose in the end or will she decide to be a lone wolf and go her separate way?

This is a fanfic based on the movie Stand By Me set in Castle Rock. Mainly based around Ace Merrill and his gang.
