After watching the series finale of Game of Thrones, I couldn't help but feel a little.. underwhelmed. This is my shot at what I deem to be a better ending for the saga.

Brienne has fulfilled her promise; she has returned Jaime Lannister safely to King's Landing. Once their endeavours on the road together are over, what will become of their friendship, and anything else blossoming between them? With Cersei watching like a predator stalking its prey, Brienne doesn't feel safe. Out of her depth, she has yet to experience the games that are played in the Capital, ones that swords and strength cannot defeat.
