For the third time that day I had been tricked by my own mind, had lost hope when hope was still there, and had found hope in places it didn't belong. Is that the definition of being human? The misconception of the world around us, to not truly ever understand what was happening, and how it would play out? Or was this just another one of such misconceptions in a sea recently calmed, I being one, or one of many still here, wondering what was truly going on. This story takes place in the year 2039. It's about this guy, whose name you shall find out as you read, gets kidnapped and gets brought to this mad scientist and gets experimented on and gets these mysterious powers. He manages to escape the lab, but due to his uncontrollable powers he must hide from society to avoid chaos. What happens next? Start reading to find out!
