Since middle school, Lilly has had a not-so-small crush on Ava, a crush that Ava herself is oblivious to. Through the help of her friends, time spent together after school, and the various celebrations they participate in, Ava experiences one of the strangest parts of life, something that's never crossed her mind: love and what it's like to fall in it. But she doesn't rush anything, she's never been the type to rush. So now all Xue Ge wants is to keep his two best friends. But a green van rolling into school threatens to take even that away. This is a slightly different Malaysian love story. Being different in a land that demands conformity can be tough, but these three young lives are willing to give their all to stay together.

Portals, kidnappers, tribbles, raccoons, in-laws, and more pose challenges for absent-minded neurodivergent psychologist Shara and her wife, vigilant martial arts instructor Selar. The two aim to understand humans, support each other, and (hardest of all) stay safe. While these stories take place in the Star Trek universe, they are written like general sci-fi to be accessible to the average reader. Both Trek lovers and non-fans are welcome to read! (Note: This story is tagged "autism" because while Vulcans would have different conditions than humans do, Shara's condition resembles autism. The author is autistic.)
