You've probably read this story before but I rewrote it and I think it's worth re reading. I fixed chapter one and two (bc I was 12 when I made this and yes I realize that I did a really bad job which is why I'm rewriting it) soon I'll re upload chapter three.

Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine had a child four years ago but they decided to break up and Adam gained custody over Brooklynn also known as Little Adam. She was never told who her mother was but as she grows up she becomes more curious and it doesn't help that Christina wants to be apart of her life.

I Can't Lie Adam Levine has loved music his entire life. Way back when he was in high school he knew he loved something else just as much. His best friend James V. He has been there for Adam through thick and then. They make beautiful music together, but no matter how much Adam loves James, he was always afraid to come out and say anything straight to James. Adam had dated dozens of women, but none of those women ever felt right to Adam at all. It could be the fact that he is a huge rock star, and how the press would react that is making Adam drag his feet about James. Just as Adam becomes lost in thought with his wondering thoughts. There is a tap at his door. "Yeah?" Adam calls to the knocking against the wall. He glances over. In seconds a wider smile is brought across Adam's face. "Hey man." Adam smiles. "Are you okay bud? I'm a little worried about you." James tells Adam as he reaches out to rub Adam's shoulder. How was Adam supposed to share his feelings with one of his best friends? Would James see him any differently? If he were to confess his secret crazy thoughts and feelings. "I'm good James thanks. I guess I'm just a little lost in thought." Adam tells James as smoothly as he can. "Are these thoughts about a song or a woman Adam?" James asks his friend with a raised brow. Adam was feeling very comfortable by the way James had his hands on his shoulder to soothe his thoughts. "No James, I guess they are about a song I'm thinking about writing." Adam says with a soft laugh. He was lying, but ultimately, he isn't ready to tell James how he feels yet. Let me know what you think
