The Deetz family moved out of their paranormal home and now it's an empty haunted house that has been a traget of "ghosthunters" or teens with the thirst for the paranormal. The Maitlands try their best to scare them all away and still get bugged by the one and only demonic trashman. What could possibly happen?!

Beetlejuice oneshots! I'm sorry I miss Rob like so muchhhhh I mostly wrote this for myself but I just decided why not post it on here, considering all my other stories seem to be doing pretty good.

Lydia Deetz returns to her childhood home after many years of being away. However, things are tougher for her now, being a mother of 3 children and wife to a man in the army. Will the Maitlands and her parents be able to help her through her struggles or will it all become too much?

When Lydia Marshall (circ. Deetz) moves back to Winter River, Connecticut with her three children, she hopes to give them a quieter and more permanent home while their father/husband is overseas in the navy. Her father and stepmother, Charles and Delia still own the now-infamous "haunted" house but now spend most of their retirement years in Hawaii, trying to open a stylish resort there. Barbara and Adam Maitland still reside in the house, as they are required to do so for 125 years by the Afterlife. They are ecstatic to have their surrogate daughter back, as well as her children. However, the Maitlands are unable to be seen by Lydia's oldest daughter, who is struggling with the move and trying to relate to her mother. When Lydia's husband is announced as MIA presumed dead in the sinking of his ship, the family is left distraught and hurt by the loss. This hits Lydia particularly hard due to having lost her own mother rather young and knows how hard it can be. She fears that now her children will grow up without a parent. Even with her parents and the Maitlands attempting to comfort her, Lydia begins to withdraw and some of her gothic and morbid behaviours begin to resurface. She also begins to lash out at her eldest daughter, which ruins the bond they were building. Even though she knows she can't bring back the dead, Lydia wants to be sure that her husband is truly dead and be given the opportunity to say a final goodbye to him. Lydia calls upon Beetlejuice to help her gain access to the Netherworld. Secretly, the bio-exorcist is hoping to trade places with the desperate wife and mother so he can walk amongst the living again. Just as Lydia enters the door to the Afterlife, her husband reappears at the door much to everyone's joy. but the door shuts, trapping her on the other side and leaving Beetlejuice to wreak havoc on the family.

It was only going to be a matter of time, the Maitland-Deetz family thought. They knew that Betelgeuse was bound to return and come back to the house at some point. What they weren't expecting, however, once he does return, was for him to be human, for him to be a breather. Now they're desperate in figuring out how this all happened in the first place. As well as trying to get him accustomed to being a breather. But how exactly are they going to do just that when he's so used to being a demon?

AU where instead of dying, Adam and Barbara just get seriously injured from their fall through the floor. They get new neighbours a month after their nearly fatal fall, and become particularly close to the young teenage girl who is in mourning for her recently deceased mother. One day, the girl comes over and tells them they have a green haired person in a stripy suit on their roof, but the Maitlands are unable to see this person. But when a dinner party goes all wrong, they are suddenly able to see this green haired person and life takes an interesting twist from there. ~ i own only the storyline ~ ~ sequel is up: The Return of a Demon ~

When the workers at Dante's Inferno Room discover Beetlejuice has been stealing pens from them for years, they make him return them. Beetlejuice drags Adam along with him and stuff happens. Feel free to leave feedback/comments/constructive criticism :)

Death is something considered to be taboo to the living. Some try to avoid the subject all together. Others embrace it, obsess over it, even. But, no matter how one views death, it is inevitable. Death sucks. Especially if it's the death of a loved one. But, as the living often say, the dead shall live in a better place and live on in our memories. When asked to house sit the house your old baby sitters died in for a family you met at work, you didn't really know what to expect. It sounded like a great deal at first. But, when you discover this house is full of ghosts, you start to think this job is gonna be harder than you could ever imagine.
