Ginger Graham didn't ask for much in his life. He was perfectly content where he was. He wasn't anything special, and he didn't want to be. All he wanted was to keep living his average, everyday life working at a bookstore and reading good stories during his free time. Let his friends go off and save the world. That was way too far out of his comfort zone and capabilities. That's what he thought, anyway. Too bad some magic lady had to come and shove cards imbued with power that could potentially destroy mountains onto him. So much for normal... Now he was getting caught up in a conflict he wanted nothing to do with in the first place. Magic is real, along with every fairy tale and story ever told. Legendary heroes existed, along with horrific monsters no Grimm could ever compare to. Tensions were high as Grimm and terrorists began to attack. And here Ginger was, just a guy who works at a bookstore suddenly trying to make sense of the world. When did things stop making sense in the world of Remnant?

It's all lies. In reality heroes, huntsmen, and especially the supernatural, are all corrupt bastards. they don't care for anyone but themselves. To the world, we might be the villains, the enemy. but we will clense this world of its corruption. Even if it means we die doing so. For we are this worlds saviour! ALL HAIL DEATHS HAND! (I do not own the series involved, They belong to their rightful properties. I only own this story. Also this story does go into heavy topics, so if you are not comfortable with rape, or murder, then I would not recommend this story.)

This s a RWBY fan fic , as you can tell from the title. The story takes place during Volume 1, after the teams are formed, and after Volume 5, with some new chapters I personal will add to the story.
