You know that awesome moment when the king and queen of a school walk into a school building arm in arm in slow motion, their hair blowing in the breeze while heads turn and the halls go silent? Every student and staff member freezes, surrendering to the sheer awesomeness of their presence, until they both stop walking and some random jock walks up to the queen and kisses her and some random girl walks up to the king and he kisses her then the two different couples walk off in totally different directions. No. This isn’t the narration of some randomly witty commercial that was the product of a washed up comedian’s faded sense of humour. It also isn’t the result of the scrambled brain of an amateur teenage writer at two in the morning. It’s the way things happen when the king and queen of a high school aren’t dating. Especially when they’re best friends. Welcome to Nick and Amber's world. Crest wood high school's class of 2013 is graduating soon and Amber still doesn't have a date for prom. A couple of guys seem to be showing interest. None have asked yet, though. Liam, her most recent ex,Dylan, the basketball team captain, Kevin, her girlfriend's brother and Jeremy, the super cute foreign exchange student with the British accent from home room. Choosing will be the most difficult thing she's had to do in a long time. Hopefully, she'll figure it all out with the help of her Best friend, Nick. A/N; Hey guys.
