The year is 1946 and Agent Dirk Larrington has just returned to his home in New Orleans after being on a mission in Brazil. However, there have been reports of a man buying up all of New Orleans and he is on the job to solve the mystery.

After being rescued from the streets by the caped crusader - Batman - his life started to turn out for the better. ...well that's what he thought...
