After I stopped a Red Ring bombing with nothing but scavenged parts and spite, SDN decided they wanted my brain on their payroll, or in their prison. I took the job. Now I rebuild Mecha Man's broken suit by day, upgrade the Z-Team's toys, and pretend I'm not running my own ops by night. Courtney (Invisigal to everyone else) is the only variable I can't predict. She flickers in and out of my life like a glitch in the code, and every time she vanishes, I'm left gripping empty air and a 98.9 % certainty that I'm completely screwed. This isn't a redemption story. It's a probability report. And right now, the odds of me walking out of this with my soul, my secrets, or my heart intact are dropping fast.
