Adica is a town under chaos. Mayor Jackson Kennedy is killing off its residents one by one in order to restore the town back to having "Ideal Citizens", and starting from scratch. Victoria Albright may be the one to stop this man before he blasts everyone away with the help of his Kingsmen. But, will she actually prevail? Or will Kennedy father another victory?
