I just want to start off this book by saying this isn't meant to offend anyone, except for the people who literally see the exact image of their lives in every single chapter. So, unless you can completely and utterly relate to everything in this book, you have nothing to worry about. So don't sweat it if you relate to one chapter, mmkay?
