After the trip to New York, Adrien and Marinette had become best friends. Through this time, Adrien finds himself falling in love with his best friend. Only to find that Marinette is now dating Luka Couffaine, her friend and lead guitarist of the kitty section. Little did Marinette know her best friend was suffering as he loved her in silence. (An Adrienette story.) I do not have the rights to Miraculous. This is a story based on the show Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir.

Marinette and her class go to the swimming pool for a field trip when all of a sudden Marinette is being pushed downwards in the pool. She tried swimming up but failed. When Marinette turns sixteen, she is estatic to find out that Adrien is her soulmate. To her it seems that her long time pining has finally paid off. Adrien has known his soulmate was Marinette for a while. His birthday is a little before her's. However, due to lack of proper parental guidance, he doesn't know if he can talk to her or if it'll break the magic somehow. Both Adrien and Marinette are very happy with their soul mates.
