When the new girl arrives everything changes, Isabelle finds herself as no longer the most popular in school... A year and a half later and everything is still how it was when they left school, however when another new girl comes which threatens Isabelles relationship with her boyfriend and friends Isabelle doesn't let it go lightly... The Heart Don't Lie: Jewels' Dilemma, becomes a roller coaster ride full of twists and suspense, as the unveiling of adultery, murder, sex, and drugs begin to consume Jewels' almost perfect world.
