Watty's 2023 Shortlister Best-selling author and TV Writer Vivian Jones has been invited to move around the world to South Korea to turn her famous romance novel into a Korean drama series. Tired of her boring life back home, she happily accepts the invitation to change her life, bringing her 7-year-old son and best friend along for the wild ride. Upon arriving to South Korea, she realizes that her status as a single mom won't bring many friends but lots of questions, so she quickly decides to make it very clear to her new coworkers that she keeps her personal and professional lives VERY separate. Keeping Vivian's son private from her coworkers wasn't too difficult in the beginning, but with the charming actor Lee Young-min working by her side to make her show the next big hit, he keeps popping up around her at the most inconvenient times. Which is making it more and more difficult for her to keep her professional and personal lives separate from one another, especially since Lee Young-min seems to find her personal life something he wants to be part of. As their relationship develops more and more, Vivian must decide if she's willing to take a risk on accepting Young-Min's love into her life and far more importantly, into her son's. #1 in internationallove -- 6/20/23

Kang Il isn't known for being much more than a grouchy ball player with a temper and a hatred for kids. He doesn't have many friends, if any, and seems to resent anything that pushes him out of his comfort zone. He's ice cold, stone cold, with basically no redeeming characteristics as far as anyone can tell. Tae Min is the heart and soul of her family. Bright, full of sunshine, and the center of all thing's family, she's everyone's best friend, knows everything about everyone, and enjoys spending time with others above all else. And once upon a time, she used to know Kang Il better than anyone, but it's been a long time since she could claim that. Now they've been reconnected through her job as public relations liaison as Kang Il has been assigned a "Goodwill" campaign to help his team build a stronger fanbase in the community following a little incident involving a popped balloon, a few too many swear words, and a graceless duck. Follow along as these two former best friends are forced back into one another's lives much to each other's (somewhat) mutual displeasure.
