The Floette finds herself on a ship coming from Alola after hearing the sad cry of a Pokemon where she finds a foreign Pokemon to her form the distant region of Alola. The two become best friends soon enough after they meet upon the ship. Two best friends, Mystic the Decidueye and Abelia the Floette. Together, they travel and explore the land of Kalos.

This story follows the childhood and training of a Moon Elf named Ascera Nailo, who lives in a monastery with her mother Nacea and Zorah. Zorah is a pixie witch-queen and Nacea is a Monk. They seek to prepare Ascera for a life of adventuring against evils across the planes of the Dungeons and Dragons multiverse.
