the hand-book for teen girls that literally includes everything you won't learn from school or may not feel comfortable asking or learning from your parents. This includes; periods, personal hygiene, tips, advice, crushes, fashion, fitness, school, puberty, facts and so on! This'll also include my own experiences and stories, and me whining about things that suck lol --- make sure to interact, comment, vote and send through requests <3 --- { im no expert so i cant give medical advice, this is all just from personal experience and research }
