The Throne of Glass series by the one and only Sarah J Maas has quickly become one of my favorites. I am so excited to continue Aelin's journey in Queen of shadows. This review is my way to share my thoughts and feeling about QOS. Hope you enjoy!

**Completed** This is a one shot where Celaena/Aelin appeared in her apartment just before Murtaugh tells the news about how she's apparently been in wendlyn the whole to Ren, Aedion and Chaol (end of Heir of Fire). It could also be set just after he told the news The characters and main story line is the work of Sarah J Mass, not mine and I take no credit for it. the first couple of paragraphs are also her work, as I am using them to set the scene

When Aelin and her court are all killed in battle, someone has to step up and take her place as Queen of Terrassen. Unfortunately, Aelin has no heirs, so she passes the job onto Evangeline, who at this point in time is 15. Evangeline has to learn to rule a country AND learn to cope with her grief while being a teenager. And if that was not difficult enough, she has to do all that without Chaol's headstrong brother Terrin getting under her skin. This is a Throne of Glass fanfic. I don't own any of the characters.

Aelin has been taken by Meave and Rowan will do everything he can to get her back. As the tensions of war continue to rise, Aelin's plan begins to set into place, as the armies come together, and Lysandra leads them as the fake Aelin. But Rowan doesn't care about the rest of the world. It can go to shit for all he cares. He just wants his mate back, and he is going to get her.
