Julie Lewis thought managing a Kwik Trip in Bolden, Ohio would be her life's greatest mission. She didn't expect it to also involve saving the universe. Her mother, Gail Lewis, taught her everything about running a store... but even the Lewis family secrets only get you so far. After a magical Karen cursed the store over a missing dozen-glazer debacle, the Kwik Trip became a nexus of interdimensional chaos. Medieval knights joust in the aisles, aliens demand fuel discounts, wormholes open in the freezer section, and every customer might just be Nicolas Cage. Armed with a clipboard, a whistle, and an unshakable dedication to corporate standards, Julie leads her team of absurdly overqualified, underqualified, and questionably human employees through each cosmic disaster. Glazers, gas pumps, and the occasional demonic negotiation become the unexpected tools for keeping reality from unraveling. Can Julie Lewis manage the universe... or at least the Kwik Trip long enough to survive her shift?

What happens when suddenly study halls are filled with texting and daydreaming? What happens when classes are just moments spent apart from crushes and catching up periods with friends? What happens when one decision flips her life up in flames? What happened a with betrayal, stress, anxiety, depression, and love all get thrown up in her life?
