AFFLICTION; something or someone that causes pain or suffering. ------------------------------------------------------ For three years, Lana Gates have been searching for the murderers of her mother. Seeking revenge and answers as to why that happened. On her journey she meets a boy that will help her, but he's just as filled of secrets as the amounts of questions she has.

A romantic relationship of Madhur and Nandita turned into contempt which turned into apathy. The passion in the extremities made it appear as it once meant something, but the relationship grew from hot to lukewarm and then getting cold was the biggest insult.

Ahren is starting college and he's very confused. His new roommate Joel is helping him out and fixing his problems while fighting with his own demons. He acts like he's alright, but in fact, he's slowly drowning in his own mind. And he's also falling for the younger boy. When Ahren accidentaly finds out about Joel's anxiety and depression, he decides to try to help him back up.

This piece is about not having faith, courage, or determination any more. It's about an individual who stayed strong for too long, and is now breaking down. There is always a point in our lives where we just feel like giving up, or giving in because we can no longer deal with the anguish. Whether, it may be a heartache, grief, or work problems every one goes through trials and tribulations, but we must always find a way to go on.
