A world where 80% of the entire population get these abilities, known as and named 'Quirks'. The fantasy of heroes and villains became reality... But what about the remaining 20%? Well, that's the problem. The remaining 20% of the population never got Quirks, and as a result, were appropriately named 'Quirkless'. There would be no hope of them becoming heroes, right? But what happens when a phenomenon is Quirkless? This'll (probably lol) be a Mina x Male Reader story... I don't own MHA or its story, nor do I own its characters. Of course, there will be custom characters that I have added in.

Getting back to the point, technology surely has MUCH MORE influence and practical use in this world. Now, imagine the power to control this technology. Or, having a quirk that allows you to do so. Let's join each other and follow the journey of a young man named Y/N Colomar, who has this specific quirk. Like any other kid his age, he wants to be a hero. All For One knowing his body can not keep up with his quirk at his current rate of growth due to every quirk getting stronger over time, he decides to create himself a new body. One to stand the test of time and possibly grant him the ability to finally reclaim his brother's quirk. However nothing goes as planned when his current base of operations is found by Nana Shimura and crew.
