Karen Deen and her family are trying their best to survive the different kinds of waves earth can do. Each wave it's something different that can kill you, stuff like acid rain, random earthquakes, and the worst one the one they so call the Devils sons. The Devils son is yet the worst wave. Its a massive tornado as it rains acid. Barley anyone can survive this.

"Well, I know one thing for sure," Kai said, leaning back on his hands. "Hmm?" she hummed, coping his same position. "We're fucked."

"Even whispers have shadows..." At 27, Katherine White was about as average as any woman, or man, her age. Living alone in a small apartment outside the big city, her golden retriever was her only company. Work was boring, her social life almost non existent. One day merged into the next. All seemed well, until the morning on which her father stopped by with a person she had never seen, or even heard her father mention, before. Baring news about the circumstances of her mother's untimely death 20 years before, the visit would set a whole range of events in motion. Events that would not only end the life of Katherine, but, after all was said and done, would change the lives of every breathing person.
