When Heather Ryan wins a sweepstakes vacation to a Beach House in Texas it could not possibly have come at a better time. Still reeling from the loss of several friends in a bus accident, Heather needs a break- and Victoria, Texas is the perfect place to do that. For the first few days, the beach house vacation is dreamlike. He is welcomed in Victoria with parties, fireworks, a few hangovers, and a beautiful girl named Rose. It is perfect... until the storm hits. Now, Heather and Rose are stranded on a flooded island with no food, water, or electricity. With only their wits and eachother, they must learn to survive Hurricane Velma until help arrives.
