This book will have things like recipes for regressors, activities they can do, shows or toys they might like, and advice for both them and caregivers! I hope that this book will help educate people on regression, and be a sort of safespace for regressors! ⚠️Please do not interact with this book if you want to comment NSFW things on it.⚠️

ALL ABOUT CLASSES AND THEIR MEANING: 🩷Littles - partake in age regression (page 3), usual headspace falling between 0 - 7 years old. 50% or higher means they must have a certified caregiver. ❤️Middles: - also partake in age regression. Headspace usually falls in between 8 -12+. 50% or higher means they must have a certified caregiver or babysitter. 🧡Pets - pet regresssion (page 6). Can be in the headspace of any animals, but commonly animals include kittens, puppies, ponies, bears, etc 50% or higher means they must have a certified handler 💛Caregivers - caregivers take care of littles or middles. They don't have to have a little, but if a little cannot find a home, and if you are eligible, you might have to adopt a little or middle. 50% or higher means they are certified 💚Guardians - Protective. Can be eligible to re-test to become a babysitter. 70% or higher means they can retest 🩵babysitter - they cannot adopt, however, they can watch children, and start agere related businesses. 50% or higher means they can watch littles / middles 💙age dreamer - someone who doesn't go into the mindset of a little / middle, but acts in a child-like manner 10% or higher means they can re-test to become a little or middle 💜handler - they can adopt pets. If a pet is struggling to get adopted, you will be considered. 50% or higher means they can adopt. 🤍neutral - they don't possess any of the traits 50% or lower means they are not a netural TESTS ATTACHED

Hi everyone! This book is a little diary of sorts for me this year, helping me and others to learn about my little space! This is my first ever book! It's a book about age regression! It's about me, my cg, and my babysitter!
