ageregression: When a person goes to a childlike headspace and does child/kid things. a coping mechanism that ppl can use that have gone through trauma, stress, depression, or uses it bc of a different reason. This coping mechanism therapists have recommended. I do NOT want this book in a ddlb/mdlb/ageplay/ABDL category. Ageregression is NOT a kink but is a coping mechanism.
