A book for SFW regressors and anybody else who just wants to learn! This book will have things like recipes for regressors, activities they can do, shows or toys they might like, and advice for both them and caregivers! ageregression: When a person goes to a childlike headspace and does child/kid things. a coping mechanism that ppl can use that have gone through trauma, stress, depression, or uses it bc of a different reason. This coping mechanism therapists have recommended. I do NOT want this book in a ddlb/mdlb/ageplay/ABDL category. Ageregression is NOT a kink but is a coping mechanism.
