Unfortunately there has been a strange power outage about a week before Splatfest. Nobody cares and think the Splatfest will continue anyway but not a particular inkling named Reo. He was approached by an old Cuttlefish name Cap'n Cuttlefish who claims to know who is behind the power outage. Reo has agreed to help him save the zapfish that powered the city. Reo expects to help him and leave but once he learned to make a commitment as an Agent of the Squidbeak splatoon, the longer he wishes to stay and protect his home.
