This story will be told from the perspective of Agent 3 in his relationship with Agent 8.

If you are uncomfortable with such topics, I recommend skipping this story!⚠️ Every night for a while, Agent 8 would disappear and return either late in the evening or early in the morning. 3 never thought much of it until the one night 8 came home. The current picture is temporary!

We can't change the past, and we can't predict the future, so we stick to the present and the choices we can make today for everyone's tomorrow. 14 years with peace and quiet; 14 years with no major disturbances; 14 years of Petra being dead, Pearl grieving and the agents of the Squidbeak Splatoon dealing with minor issues. Not to mention Cora (Agent 3) and Tobias (Agent 8) starting a family, Lance and Marie getting married and so much more. 14 years of peace... Isn't that a little too long for our main characters? I think our main villain would agree with that. So what would happen if a familiar member of the huge, confusing family, reappears but as a villain, 3 people already having known about them being alive? (Theoretically) What would happen when people are kidnapped, experimented on, turned evil against their will and forced to fight their families? What if... They couldn't save those who they dearly loved, and had to watch them die? The agents would say that it's nothing new, but within the chaos of this new villain, they would all realise that this fight would be something new. This adventure was going to be different to anything else they have done in their lifetime. This adventure was going to change all of their lives, PERMANENTLY. Yes the cover is crappily photoshopped I just didn't feel like drawing my own art and I don't want to steal anyone's lol so you get cobbled together official Nintendo art. Agent 3 asks Agent 8 for some help with some makeup, which she gets, but also some help with her self esteem. Emotional Hurt/Comfort. The conclusion isn't solid bc I technically planned on adding more to it but I think it's good where it is tbh. This is cringe I know I wrote it like a year or so ago but y'know whatever, it's real cliche but I don't think anyone cares, at least I don't.
