Agent Kallus used to have normal days in the Empire. That was until Governor Pryce threw him under her feet. Things were looking down for him until the Grand Inquisitor appears out of nowhere and offers to bring some 'spice' to Kallus's life. Now Kallus is trapped in the middle of some crazy games with the Grand Inquisitor and his siblings. OOC characters

This book takes place between the season 3 premiere of SW Rebels and Zero Hour. Eventually this book may skip around as well to episodes in the middle of Season 4. Aruna Accalia - a 13-year-old girl - has been in hiding, secretly working for the Rebellion - particularly Senators Mon Mothma and Bail Organa who then transmit her information to Phoenix Squadron. Meanwhile, Thrawn needs to win Tarkin's favor in order to continue with his own secret project. He knows Krennic has been swaying Tarkin over with his own secret project, the name and design unknown to Thrawn. Thrawn has been very successful in most everything he does; of course, he does need help from a certain Fulcrum agent: Agent Kallus. Thrawn has his suspicions of Kallus, and if he's right, Kallus will soon be the cause of his own demise. But he needs Kallus to find and capture the one person who could win over Tarkin: the Grey Jedi. But what if Kallus doesn't really know where she is? Then Thrawn may discover a secret well kept and hidden - one that needs to stay that way. The Gray Jedi has an apprentice. Could the Gray Jedi, her apprentice, and Aruna have something in common aside fromt he fact they all must stay hidden? And though it is evident why the Jedi must stay hidden, why must Aruna? And how does Aruna steal the Imperials' classified top-secret information? Who is the Grey Jedi's Mysterious apprentice? All the paths are coming together... But will Rebels and Imperials indistinguishably like where they lead?

Celeste Greys has always been on her own, accepting any job she could get to keep herself alive. She only cared for herself, jumping from planet to planet. Making sure she wouldn't get attached to anything or anyone. But that all changes when she meets the Ghost Crew. The Rebels need to help there new friend who is another Fulcrum. Agent Kallus told the rebels he was Fulcrum and now there also getting help from another Fulcrum. She wants them to do a mission for them and in return they will give the rebels fuel and bombs. Hera thinks they should do it but Ezra keeps saying they shouldn't. He doesn't want to meet the new Fulcrum like they want to meet them in person. They know Kallus well and knows everything about him but he only knows that they exists. How does this Fulcrum know Kallus? (This has nothing to do with my book Kanan and Ash)

The emperor himself is starting to believe Thrawn is crazy and his ways are irrelavent. Grand admiral Thrawn is considered a failure after the attack on chopper base. He is imprisioned and tortured under agent Kallus order in an attempt to break him. the rebels free him in hope he'll help them. Thrawn sees his chance to redeem himself by bringing the boy Ezra Bridger to the dark side using whatever ways he sees fit to get the job done.

After Sabine Wren, the crew's explosives expert, is rescued from a predator native to the planet by an unknown humanoid woman, she finds her life beginning to change... The rebels find themselves on a snowy planet to restock on supplies. Ezra, as usual finds trouble again, and again. But this time he may have gotten too deep. Now it's up to Kanan and the rest of the crew to save their young member before it's too late.
