Mulder is kidnapped by a female serial killer that has made her way into the X-Files. But the problem is, unlike usual, Scully doesn't rush in last minute and save him. She doesn't come and snatch him away from the horror. Nor does she come an hour late. Nor does she come the next day, even. In fact, she doesn't save him until a week later. A week of torture, pain, and constant fear. A week of constantly expecting Scully to kick the door down and save him. A week that destroys Fox Mulder's mind. Mulder thinks that he can handle it, but it soon becomes evident that he can't. And the worst part? At the end of her senior year, the titian-haired titan is facing her most incredible challenge yet: finding out who she is and what she is. Ever since the graduation party-after- party, things have been a little different in Dana's head. She sees things she cannot explain and things she doesn't want to believe. Amongst all of this, kids from her school are being mysteriously murdered and Dana seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle, and she knows it. Sadly, not even her parents believe her and her siblings think she's nuts. There is one person, however, that believes her. Can they convince her of her true identity? Sure. Fine. Whatever.
