Agent Virginia is one of the untold surviving members of the debunked military program known as Project Freelancer. He has been hired by the UNSC to hunt down and/or recover his fellow Freelancers or recover their equipment. After gathering most of the dead Freelancers equipment he has heard about an ongoing conflict on a planet called Chorus. The payout is much better than that he is getting now so he has decided to join the FAC as a mercenary. What could go wrong

"You are to destroy project freelancer if you believe those involved are more hurt than help." Artemis has always been chosen for these kinds of missions, especially since her brothers... accident. She's shut herself off emotionally and detached from those around her, even Apollo, her partner on the battlefield. The director becomes extremely interested in her, especially after hearing she has a full A.I. that she has control over. She volunteers to join his team and allow him to study her interactions with her A.I., her father believing that the director is working on something he shouldn't be. From there she's pulled into the beautiful disaster that is Project Freelancer.
