Chad suffers from a condition where he perceives certain environments, situations, and conditions as dangerous and uncomfortable. He’s a prisoner of his own mind, and it limits what he can and cannot accomplish. He struggles with life, his independence, and almost always finds himself on the verge of an emotional breakdown. By himself. All alone. Julie, unknowing of Chad’s complications, chances upon the troubled young man. At first she doesn’t understand him and why he’s behaving the way he does. But there’s something about Chad that intrigues her, draws her to want to know more. This is a story of two people helping each other overcome fear, and hopefully, with enough faith, realize that life isn’t so bad. All you gotta do...is breathe.

You being a fan of THE Corpse Husband, you just so happen to knock into him repeatedly, either at the grocery store, the park on rainy days, or at Starbucks. After you continuously see him, you pluck up the courage to actually talk to him the next time you see him, and you do. What follows is your friendship with the anxiety ridden 23 year old, learning that he's exactly how he seems on YouTube, kind, funny, and caring. You might even meet some of his friends! •Disclaimer: I don't own anyone in this story, and this is purely for shits and giggles, no sex scenes, so smut, and no lemons. If Corpse ever reads this (which he probably won't) and he wants me to get rid of this story I shall do so, as I respect the man and don't want him to be uncomfortable in anyway, shape, or form. Anyways: Enjoy the story lovelies!

The readers follow a young girl named Liberty who's trying to figure out how to adult and figure out life. A ghost mistakenly attaches itself to her and starts haunting her. It impacts her life terribly, but she becomes dependent on the bad influence since the Ghost gives her excuses to not do things, as thats how they act now based on their old life. The ghost is driven by their emotions from their old life (Fear, Anger, Resentment). Liberty and the ghost learn about each other and start to enjoy each others company. They grow and start to heal her life and the Ghosts old wounds. Enemies to Friends/Lovers. Lots of angst and longing. The ghost doesn't want to leave the girl and thus lives vicariously through her without being able to be with her. The ghost is a metaphor for mental illness so TW to those dealing with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic disorders, and other kinds of intrusive thoughts and anxiety. This is a short story set in the 1950s, about an intense young college girl at Harvard/Radcliffe whose heartbreak and a subsequent blind date set the stage for her to discover she may be mentally ill, have magical powers, or both. I wrote it years ago and have never tried to publish it before. I am a pretty tough editor, and re-reading this after many years...I thought it was okay. Now I want to know what Wattpad readers think! It's my first post ever on Wattpad and my first experience with direct reader feedback. Set on the East Coast in the fifties, I apparently researched some interesting historical details about Broadway musicals, early co-ed education, and Harry Truman's secret Chinese coup over FDR. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

Anxiety at its root was meant to protect. Whether it was a bear chasing you, or a dangerous storm was ahead, your body always has had a natural, healthy fight or flight response since the dawn of man. Over the years, we now live safer lifestyles and don't exactly need that fight or flight response as near as much as we did 1,000 years ago, but our body and mind still trick us into thinking that your life is at stake. Take a deep breath (in through the mouth, out through the nose) This book addresses generalized anxiety solutions and also focuses on more specific forms that I have been through over my years.
