Allison is just a regular girl from Toronto, she grew up playing hockey, sometimes she coaches her cousin's team and helps out with the Timbits practices. One night, Ally and her best friend Leah go to watch Toronto's local AHL team's game. When it just so happens that one specific player happens to capture Allison's eye. What will happen when Ally suddenly begins to see him appear everywhere she goes? Will she avoid going to talk to him or will she go out of her comfort zone and develop a new relationship and fall in love?

We hear loads about the wives of hockey players, particularly those who are established on their teams. But we don't hear nearly as much about the girlfriends, especially those standing by newcomers to pro hockey. What is it like to rise up? Credit to @Nolanpatrick_baby for the title!

The same old same thing happens with the San Diego Gulls: Joseph Cramarossa and Brandon Montour bickering, Nick Ritchie sleeping, Matt Hackett pitying himself, and Ryan Faragher dropping by to see how they are doing all with Max Friberg keeping them all together. But when the swing of things get thrown off track after Max gets traded, it seems like everything has gone insane and might never come back to normal. But what was meant to be a a way to cope with Max's absence for the two goalies turns out to be an adventurous adventure of superpowers, battling, kidnapping, and finding purpose to save the AHL from unknown evils along with other power players. PG for intense scenes, action, and rude humour (and scenes of Crammer) *Important: This is a screenplay, NOT a novel.
