Dakota Clemmings was an ordinary twenty-year old girl who wanted nothing more in life than to finish college, meet Mr.Right, and have a family of her own. You know, the usual stuff. Instead she got stuck with the supernatural when she meets a mysterious man named Liam. Liam is the upcoming Alpha of the Moonshine pack, who are known to have a dark past. Liam has been in search of his mate in order to officially become Alpha and have his Luna by his side. Much to his disappointment, his mate is human. The news could be dangerous not only to Dakota, but the Moonshine pack as well, especially during a time when vampires and rogue wolves are on the rise, posing a threat to their home. Could their bond ever work out, or will Dakota reject him, causing Liam to never become the Alpha of his pack and certifying doom for his home?

When Jayden and Emma Hunter are awaken one night by their parents, and then carted off to their grandmother's farm in the middle of nowhere, they begin to grow frightened and confused. Little do they know what their lives are about to change forever. They discover that they are witches that a prophecy speaks of. Now they will have to learn how to harness their powers and defeat Luna, the witch bent on controlling all magic by herself, or watch their world as they know it perish.

Loki has been locked away after committing treason on Asgard, there he waits for his trial where he will receive his sentence-will he be thrown out of Asgard or be given a second chance? There he meets a young woman named Aubrey who helps clean the palace in her spare time. Aubrey is intelligent and kind-hearted, and the second-prince quickly begins to call her his friend. They talk often and for hours when they can between the bars before the trial and it's not long before the young woman finds herself falling for the trickster. But Odin warns them against the feelings they feel for each other-saying that his son has a dark heart, a heart which can be given to no one. Can Aubrey and Loki convince Odin otherwise, or will Loki be caste out of Asgard and out of her life, forever? (For the purposes of this story, it doesn't follow the story line of the movies.)
