Conan and Haibara have struggled to bring fight to the black organisation and now after so long and hard time, they have made up their mind to finally deal with the organisation once and for all. Whatever be the consequences, they will try but mere try wouldn't serve any good. The enemy fortress is impenetrable and with the furious battle going on both in the field and also in their backyard, the chances of victory have dimmed. Also a totally unexpected factor has changed the story forever. Can nothing be done?

This story combines both the special and the novel but there are few changes. It also features characters who haven't appeared in the special nor the novel. The story, narrated by Shinichi/Conan, happened when he and Haibara turned back into their adult form, goes on solving the case and confronted with their nemesis: the Black Organization members, Gin and Vodka.
