theme song - shadows by dreamville w/kehlani ──────⊱⁜⊰────── Teikō Junior High housed a legendary basketball team, the "Generation of Miracles," consisting of eight players who revolutionized the sport in Japan. As their individual styles and viewpoints diverged, internal conflicts led to the team's dissolution, scattering its members to various high schools. Sekida Degaré, rumored to be the enigmatic eighth member, departed Japan after Teikō's showdown against Kazami Junior High. Disillusioned with her teammates and the sport, she endured mistreatment and welcomed her parents' plans to move abroad, escaping the turmoil. Her departure turned her into a myth, forgotten by the media but remembered by her former friends. Returning to Japan with a burning desire for redemption, Sekida reconnects with her childhood friend Rin Matsuoka, drawn into his world of competitive swimming. Supporting Rin's Olympic aspirations and secretly aiding her friend Makoto Tachibana, Sekida navigates friendship and rivalry. As old wounds resurface, she confronts her past, seeking forgiveness amidst her quest for redemption. In this tale of resilience and bonds that transcend rivalry, Sekida must reconcile her thirst for revenge with the possibility of forgiveness. With each stroke and shot, she inches closer to rewriting her destiny, proving she's more than just a shadow of her former self. updated description: 4-7-24 ──────⊱⁜⊰────── kuroko no basket & free! crossover fic, therefore I don't own anything but the oc's.
