Hana now attends Top Star Academy where she trains to become a top idol as well. On her journey, Hana makes other idol friends and learns what it means to be an idol. "Idols? What in the world are you talking about?" Mizuko asked, appauled to by her friend, Airi, interest in them. "Idols do aidoru katsudo, or Aikatsu. It use to be huge back then, but then something happened. Their sparkling stages and twinkling coords make me so, excited! I want to experience that, and become a so-called Top Idol." "Your crazy." Mizuko said. "So what? Your my best friend, wouldn't you understand? Let's do it together." Airi then replied. "Okay." - The Aikatsu World unexpectedly vanished, and no one has no idea of what idols are. Minamoto Airi, however, does. The sparkling stages, twinkling coords and everything between seems something nobody would want to miss out on, but Aikatsu seems impossible to do. Airi then convinces her friend, Kojima Mizuko to help her, and find more girls like them to fulfill this goal, and become the top idols of the new Aikatsu.

Emi Miharu deeply admires idols, and looks up to the top idol group, Epiphany. She dreams of one day becoming a top idol, and is lucky to be accepted into Stardust Academy, a prestigious school for blossoming idols and popular ones alike. And on top of all that, it's the home of Epiphany. After meeting another aspiring idol who shares the same dream, Kazuna Hitori, the two of them form a special bond and take the stage together. The duo then set out to become the next top idols at Stardust Academy! Along their journey, they meet Hanaka Jukashi and Miru Akari, two idols who strive to be at the top as well. Though this will be no easy task, and the road to stardom is still far. But with the help of their friends, families and supporters, these four girls will chase their dreams, and unleash bigger ones along the way! - a fanmade Aikatsu Stars sequel with an original twist - Akiya had always been surrounded by musicians. Her family had multiple musicians, her brother was a famous idol, and even her best friend was currently studying in an idol school. It had always been Akiya's dream to be an idol, but she was too anxious to apply to a school and ended up going to a normal high school instead of an idol program. Now that her first year of highschool was over and the opportunity to transfer to Four Star Academy presented itself, she decided to finally stop worrying and just go for it! Under the starry night sky's guidance, Akiya's Aikatsu begins! --- some quick but very important notes, this fic will have queer themes, a bit of an alternative universe, and is planned to have quite a bit of diversity in general. If you don't like these things this fic is not for you. (The alternative universe in question takes affect in only 2 things. Four Star Academy in this is a highschool with a two year college program, so I basically just moved the years up so the characters will be a little older, since this fic won't always be as happy-go-lucky as a typical aikatsu series. There is also the fact that I made it so that all aikatsu series take place in the same world, just in different parts of Japan. This wasn't on purpose, I just hadn't watched Aikatsu on Parade before I planned the fic, and would like for my characters to be able to interact with a wider range of the aikatsu system and idols.)
