Aim to Engage 2022 {WINNER} [Poetry] Pregnancy is a joyous time for so many. But for me, it was a constant battle with my mental and emotional health due to an unforeseen medical condition that arose while I was just five weeks pregnant. This poem describes the continuous back and forth of emotions I faced during the most unforgettable time in my life that lead me to my sweet miracle baby.

FLASH She didn't realize the flash was on and bent her head to adjust the proper settings. When she raised the phone back in front of her chest, to snap away again she noticed the man staring at her. The same man she was admiring earlier. His eyebrows were in a deep frown. Then she noticed the man at his feet covered in blood. The dark red spreading on the concrete floor.

A collection of my short stories and Wattpad contest entries. (^-^) ----- Reflections: It all started the day that my friend was due to disappear; my reflection blinked. From then, my life began to spiral out of control and I was finally exposed to the world of my heritage; the world that I was destined to find. And it was all within my mirror. ----- A Beautiful Evil: What happens when you meet the same girl twice, once to be the most beautiful person you have ever seen and then to be an evil mystery. ----- Leaders: The war is reducing the world to ashes and humanities only hope is a group of twelve children, destined to rule. Each possessing a single quality that is necessary to prevent the downfall of all people, they are now the leaders. ----- It Was All My Fault: On a day off from school, I got to go with my mum to the secluded labratory where she works. And on that day, I accidently started the zombie apocolypse. ----- Thanks for reading! x

Margo Sutton and her family have been invited to her step-aunt's wedding. Margo thought nothing of Jessica Raziel's and Gilbert Garcia's wedding until Gil was found dead on the beach of the venue. To make it worse, all the wedding guests are stuck at Cherub's House because of the horrible weather. And to Margo's shock, before it was Cheurb's House, it was Cherub's Hotel where a young woman named Gabriela Gael was killed over seventy years later.
