Opportunity strikes him when Riser gets wedding. A now trained Issei decides to plan against Rias and chooses his own destiny away from this peerage and refuses to return to the peerage no matter what happens. He chose his own destiny and carve his own legend, away from the overarching control of Rias Gremory and the other Devils. He will show them on what a human like him is capable of, becoming the first human to terrify other Supernatural Beings.
