**This is an Future avatar story! Meaning that the characters are older like in their 20s. There aren't enough ATL fics to begin with especially ones where they are older. So this is after the war! Team avatar are still a close knit bunch and try to see each other frequently to catch up. Jun-Wei is known throughout the upper ring of the earth kingdom as being a spontaneous bender and able to take care of herself in a fight. But if people took the time to study her, they would see a timid young woman who was tired of the citizens of the earth kingdom assuming she is some master earth bender. Zuko is now the Firelord and rules his citizens well. He often hears of Aang and Katara's whereabouts as well as the rest of his friends. The world of Avatar we know was thrown into turmoil by a century of war perpetuated by the Fire Nation. This is the story of what may have happened if Sozin took the advice of his friend Roku, and put aside his hopes of conquest.

Cass is an Airnomad, or was one. 5 years have past and she's now one of few survivors of the now fallen nation. All she knows is how to survive. She worked in a ship-making yard controlled by the Fire Nation. Things change however once she's discovered. Now escaping with a wounded-rare-to-find flying bison, she must learn to trust others, even if that breaks her code for survival...

Our world has changed. It will never be like it was before. There are no benders anymore, no Avatar. They've all been wiped out. No one knows what bending is. No one knows if the Avatar ever existed. People learned to rely on technology and weapons to protect themselves. Some of the remaining benders have been imprisoned by groups of people. Benders and non-benders combined and created the strongest and most powerful military force, the Predominant Order. Their only purpose was to conquer the world. That's at least all we know, according to the plans of their Leader. There have been rumors that their Leader had found a way to unlock powers of bending that never existed at a normal bender before. Since Avatar Korra's death, it is believed that the Cycle has come to an end, but there is an old prophecy. A Prophecy that foretells that the Last Avatar will be from the Earth Kingdom... Li Wei is the daughter of a high-ranking Fire Nation general. Diligent, smart, beautiful, elegant, and graceful, it was those traits that made Li Wei the perfect wife for Prince Zuko. Although she was all of those things, Li Wei desired to do more for the Fire Nation to remain prosperous, including learning politics, trade, and combat. It wasn't until Li Wei gets into a heated altercation with Princess Azula that unveils a secret her father kept hidden for many years... Li Wei was a waterbender. Her father is stripped of his rank and banished from the Fire Nation for fraudulence while Li Wei is left at the mercy of Fire Lord Ozai. She becomes a lowly servant for the royal family and is also stripped from her engagement to Prince Zuko. Tired of being mocked and humiliated, Li Wei makes her escape from the Fire Nation to search for her father. Li Wei crosses paths with the banished prince and his uncle after three years since she escaped the Fire Nation. She decides to work with Zuko to find the Avatar while she gets a trip around the world to look for her father. Will this journey rekindle their severed relationship by a secret that tore them apart? During the age of avatar Roku, a group of fire nation generals and royalty formed an alliance to end the avatar line. Their purpose was to serve the fire lord in his empirical ambitions and to remove every obstacle. So the Red Dragon, an organised network that spreads all the way across the fire nation and other regions, was formed. A century after the death of Roku and birth of the new avatar Aang, a new generation of spies, warriors and royal advisors is ready to secure their spots in the organisation. Even though the avatar has mysteriously vanished, the Red Dragon still operated under the complete disposal of the fire lord. Tashi (22, F), Kirin (22, F), Zoya, (20, F) Karo (21, M) and Sho (22, M) form a tight knit group that were born and raised in the organisation. After training their whole lives, they turned from children into instruments of the fire nation, ready to fill their posts. Just like every other fire nation civilian, they grew up with the belief that the fire nation was superior to the others and should therefore rule the other nations. But what if this group of elite warriors, spies and intellectuals realises that their nation isn't so great after all?

A favored one of the world spirit has died in the real world and the spirit has a task for her: use her knowledge of the future and her own discretion and best judgement to tip the scales of the war. She will have full knowledge of the plot, but unlike many other reincarnated self-inserts, her only interest is to those she calls her own. Enter: Isa. AU - starts off with canon but Isa will make changes as she (I) sees fit. All original plots and characters belong to their creators. Fair warning, a lot of this story does not have anything to do with the main plot for a long time. Isa will be doing her own thing, not joining in on majority of the Gaang's adventures.

So, this isn't really a fanfic as much of a collection of OCs and some ideas for what stories could happen. I know we're going to get the next avatar at some point in the future, but until that day comes, here's a concept for what kind of characters I might make for a new team avatar if it were up to me. Of course it's not up to me, as I don't own avatar: the last airbender or Legend of Korra. I just thought it might be fun to share some concepts with y'all and see what you think.

But that all changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar mastered all four elements; only he could stop the ruthless firebenders. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. Samantha Lee and normal girl, or so she seemed, she was a witch from our world. Where Avatar the Last Airbender was just a TV show. Still working on her magic a spell gone wrong sends her to the Avatar Universe. While trying to find her way back home she follows a banished prince, helps his prize in saving the world, and who knows? Maybe falls in love along the way. If you do not like witchcraft or have something against it, I suggest do not read even though I won't dig too deep into the content. I do not own any pictures or spells used. Two thousand years ago, there was an Airbender Avatar named Aang. Now, two thousand years after Avatar Aang's death, there is an Earthbender named Ren. Ren doesn't know that he'll die two days after he finds out he's the Avatar. He also doesn't know that he'll be killed by the next Avatar's mother. After I finish a few of my other stories, I'll resume this one
