University AxA(大学AxA) is a fan made Guardians of the Video Game parody of the Real Life's Highschool DxD, but with its settings revolving chemistry and university life, along with the lives of scientists, and especially chemists, worshiped as the VIPs in the Game Universe, minus the over usage of fanservice. In the world where Chemistry is part of the Game's magic, Ion Hyoukai, one of the top students of Haoh Science Academy, has doubtless curiosity about chemistry and its part in everyone's lives. As Yuuta Yuzu and Koinu Kasumi accompanied him from childhood until now, the three then joined him in his curious adventure for research of the past history of one of the most powerful leaders of the Gen clan until he met Leas, the leader of the adoptive Grimoire clan. But his fate changed from the ordinary to the unusual as he encounters an attempted murder as its victim, resulting in him inheriting Iodine, one of the Chemicals known to be the most powerful in the whole world. Now that he has that power, he is responsible for the past that will come back to his home country as he discovers a deep connection to the families he have or haven't known yet with the Atomic Law. As the Guardians of the Mobile Department were instructed to guard, Team Leader Mica then takes responsibility as he did have a strong connection to the Gender Bending System affecting the outsiders, especially the Guardians of any field themselves. Leas Eliana Grimory's mother, Queen Syrup of the Sugar Wonderland, has ruled the kingdom known as Sugar Wonderland ever since her reign as a queen and her marriage with a normal citizen, now known as Prince Makoto Grimory of the Sugar Wonderland. As the Guardians were requested to watch over the Choco Crush game that takes place in this kingdom, the Queen has something in common that most of them didn't know about until they talked to her eldest daughter. This secret was never revealed until a mistake was made and they are responsible for their acts.

A Guardians of the Video Game parody of Highschool D×D. Ion Hyoukai, the Main Character, was put in internship to a private company called A×A, also known as Atom×Association by the order of the Haoh Academy's dean. There he met Lèas E. Grimory, acommpanied him until his death experience caused by the wielder of the Arsenic power, Ketsu. Leas heals him, and in return, becomes part of the Grimory clan. He now has the responsibility to protect his new adoptive clan and his hometown from the most dangerous Atomic Power that threatens the safety of the his hometown and the residents nearby. As Guardians, Cheat, Patch and Publi, along with Mode, joined their Department's quest, they soon have to face the consequences of this Game's System and the history that caused it to change the male Guardians' gender and their perception towards the Game itself.

As Ion Hyoukai, the Main Character, was assigned to collect traces of Uranium around the nuclear plant nearby his old high school building, a high level scientist and part-time professor, Lèas E. Grimory, acommpanied him until his near death experience caused by the wielder of the Arsenic power. Leas heals him, and in return, recruites him in a secret company consisting of forensic investigators, along with his classmates(some of them being part-timers like him), as an order from the Dean. As he becomes part of the Grimory clan, he now has to protect his new clan and his hometown from the most dangerous Atomic Power that caused death among the majority of the population. As Guardians, Cheat, Patch and Publi, along with Mode, joined their Department's quest, they soon have to face the consequences of this Game's System and the history that caused it to change the male Guardians' gender and their perception towards the Game itself.
