If you want stuttering and blushing on talking to a girl, leave now. From the start of the story, Bell is not weak. He may not be able to stand against Ais or Allen but has strength equivalent to a level 5 even without a god's blessing. He has never got a falna before and has always used his magic for increasing his physical capabilities and send him closer to the epitome of magic. He has various reasons for coming to Orario which I will reveal later. Also, he is no ordinary man outside Orario and his exact designations are told further in the plot.
