Monkey D. Luffy has touched a lot of strange things in his life.
This time, however, the strange thing touches back.
After a mysterious ripple in the air pulls him away from the Thousand Sunny, Luffy crashes into a world he does not know.
He lands on the grounds of U.A. High School, where heroes are trained, quirks define society, and the line between hero and villain is treated as something everyone should understand. To Luffy, none of that matters as much as finding his crew and getting back to the sea.
To Nezu, his arrival is an impossible mystery.
To Aizawa, he is a problem that refuses to stay where it is told.
Luffy is not a hero. He does not want to be one. He is a pirate, a captain, and someone who judges people by what they do rather than what the world calls them. But until a way home can be found, he is placed in the one place where his existence may cause the most trouble: U.A.
As the entrance exam begins and Izuku Midoriya takes his first step toward becoming a hero, hero society is about to meet someone completely outside its rules. Someone who does not care about rankings, titles, or expectations. Someone whose idea of right and wrong cannot be easily placed into the categories this world depends on.
And whether U.A. is ready or not, Monkey D. Luffy's presence will begin to change the people around him.
