Aja Volkman is a teenage girl who gets abused by her parents. Her parents and her brother don't give a crap about her life. She gets bullied in school and she's hardly getting good grades. Can her life get any worse? Then she meets a handsome boy, Dan Reynolds, her life changes. But is it for the good? Pg.13

Oh how he wishes that was the case. He lives in Amity Park, a small community a few hours away from his hometown of Vegas. He recently moved here with his parents and his 16-year old overbearingly protective brother, Mac. Goes to school where if it weren't for his friends Wayne and Aja, he would be the lone loser. Aja is the new girl In high school after a terrible accident. While on her first day she meets her old best friend, a mean popular, a new friend, and someone who could be dangerous? In a story of drama and love and back again will Aja get a new best friend?
