Sweat ran down their bodies. It dripped down their throat, their stomach. Evelynn grabbed the microphone from Akali and their eyes met for what felt like an eternity. "How's everybody doing tonight?" Evelynn spoke to the roaring crowd in front of them, her voice like raw honey as she moved around on the stage. "Hasn't everyone done so well here?" She purred, "And Akali, my god he was fantastic tonight wasn't he." That last part wasn't a question. Everyone could tell, especially Akali as their head whipped around to meet Eve's. Evelynn gave the rapper a wink as she twirled lavender tinted hair over a sharp metal claw. Akali couldn't move. Why couldn't she move? They were stuck. He was glued to the floor. Was Eve walking closer to them? Where was Ahri? Kai'Sa? They felt a sense of euphoria as they stood on the stage, the lights were blinding, but they felt so good. They felt... like a god.
