Tatsumi has been waiting for the day he could join the empire's army along side his friend's but that just might change when he meet's someone from his bloodline that changed him to the side of good.

After two years of thinking her comrades were all dead, Akame gets informed that Tatsumi is actually alive. She travels back to the capital for the first time since the battle against the emperor, greeting both Boss Najenda and (thank god) Tatsumi. Akame takes a break from her life as an assassin, starting a new life in the peaceful capital. But things didn't go as easy as planned. Akame starts getting thoughts that maybe some of their other friends survived the battle too. As she starts growing hopeful and slightly driven insane, Tatsumi tries to find a way to give her a reality check. Along this journey, both of them starts to question their feelings towards eachother.
