Akane Tsunemori's psycho-pass has always been crystal clear, unable to cloud. Joji Saiga, previously a professor, known to cloud people's psycho-passes just by being in a room with him, for all except Akane. With time after the arrest, and death, of Kirito Kamui, Saiga's psycho pass cleared. Akane knew he was the only one who knew or had the slightest idea where Shinya Kogami was, when he revealed that he knew, Akane quit her job as an Inspector at the PSB to find him.

"Death is inevitable. Every rose withers, then dies, and fades away like dust, but never true love." A gruesome death and a series of alarming misfortunes have plagued the Kurouma Theatre company and their most recent stage production. MWPSB Division 1 is called in to investigate. Was it murder? More importantly, how do you apprehend a suspect who has been dead for over 300 years? The story is based on the Alfred Noyes poem "The Highwayman", which inspired a song of the same name by Loreena McKennett. All of the artwork was drawn by the fabulous SilentHill007. The story takes place right after the incident involving Bitfrost organization regarding the governmental issues, as for this time the story follows a former guns for hire who recently work under the direct control of foreign affairs, has just assigned to the public safety bureau as an inspector of division 1 to investigate the case regarding the events that recently occured among immigrants while there are prices tagged on every head of the Public safety bureau members . Meanwhile, the fugitives from penitentiary are still on the loose and a psychic is holding an important role for their escape, just what could the new inspector possibly do regarding all of this events? ________________________________________________________________________________ This is the fanfiction I made based on the original character I made a few days ago while I just finished Psycho-pass 3 first inspector, despite this fanfiction will set place right after the ending of the canon one first inspector, I fully recommended that you watch it first before you could read this fanfiction in case you don't wanna get spoiled by a minor things, cause there will be some spoilers included in here. Her eccentric yet fiery attitude and sharp mind make her the object of lust for almost every bachelor in the MWPSB, including Kogami himself. However, there's just one small problem: Harumi is Masaoka's daughter, and therefore Ginoza's little sister. The solution is simple: stay away from Harumi Masaoka at all costs. However, a drunken one-night stand and a series of impossible events make that easier said than done. The thing that Division 1 didn't realize was that Akane's brother was just right in front of their noses the whole time. Not even Akane realised that it was him. Will Kogami and the others be able to save Akane? What is Kogami's reaction to all of this?
