Akaza had fought countless opponents. None had ever left an impression quite like Kyojuro Rengoku. A Hashira who refused to fear him. A swordsman whose spirit burned brighter with every strike. A flame Akaza should have extinguished without hesitation. Yet, for reasons he couldn't understand, Akaza found himself wanting to see that flame again. Despite their monstrous appearance, they shower compassion on the kids and tend to their needs. Perhaps if people knew the true nature of these demons, they would have been spared from the hunters' swords. The demon slayer Corps has greatly established their goals and beliefs. That they must slay all demon's heads. That's what Akaza has to deal with when doing his job. scum humans trying to harm his kind. Yeah I know the romance is slow and that there is too much world building 😅 Also I hate the name "akaren" it's so bad

For starters, Kyojuro is performing his biggest live show pretty soon, and he needs dancers. Akaza has known Kyojuro for a long time, eventually viewing him as his idol. College is challenging for everyone, especially Kyojuro. The village boy had difficulty fitting into the city atmosphere but excelled with the help of his friends. Getting into a group project with a cute guy in his class at the beginning of the school year wasn't exactly how he planned on starting, but in hindsight, he wouldn't trade it for the world. Meeting Kyojuro was life changing to Akaza, the anxious boy breaking out of his shell and wanting to get closer to Kyojuro, wanting to explore and admire closely and he did- But dreams, visions of the two of him both of them on their toes, a previous life they never knew of manifesting in their thoughts. Felt uneasy, Kyojuro and Akaza kept each other close, and their visions closer.
