Teiko Middle School. One of the most prestigious middle schools people in Japan can attend. Their basketball club consists of over 100 members. A few of the people in the club were deemed enough to play on the court as starters in the first string. Kise Ryota, Midorima Shintaro, Aomine Daiki, Murasakibara Atsushi And Akashi Seijuro. All five of them are natural talented people to be recognized by the public and be titled the Generation of Miracles. But, there was also a sixth member that would also join. A Sixth phantom of the Generation of Miracles. And an Unnamed Queen of Prophecy who was there to be the team's stronghold from the benches.

Kuroko Tachisuya or 'Chisu' , the twin sister of Kuroko Tetsuya spent her life in the hospital for 10 years because of her Rheumatic heart disease which the doctors discovered when she was still in her mother's womb. She was diagnosed when she was 6. After 10 years of being 'imprisoned' in the hospital, the doctors said that she was one step away in recovering from her disease that's why her family decided to enroll her on her twin brother's school to at least live like a normal teen like her brother. She felt like an alien being transferred to earth to interact with humans. She never really interact with other humans before except her family. She studied on line, had few friends on line. Her life is the internet. Imagine her being with other human beings. Can she live her life the fullest with the 'Real world'?

Defiance is not a good term in the vocabulary of a certain redhead, named Seijuro Akashi, the leader and captain of the generation of miracles and the phantom sixth man. According to the men in question, the red head's dislike for defiance is because of his upbringing on being on top of everyone else. Failure is not an option. But one girl, a certain blue haired girl, the twin of the famous phantom sixth man of Teiko Middle School, likes defying every bits of the redhead's actions and orders.
